Shipping Information

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your delectable items to arrive.

Cake Beauty ships only to Canada and the United States.
All Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post, and all US orders are shipped FED EX Ground. Shipping to Canada has a charge of $6 and United States has a charge of $6. Orders of $75 or more result in free shipping.

Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico are subject to an additional surcharge.

Cake does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

If you have not received your Cake goodies within 10 days of purchase -
just give us a call 1-866-648-2843.

Be sure to have your invoice/purchase order number ready.

Return Policy

If you don’t like your ‘piece’ of cake that’s ok….everyone’s tastes are different. We hope that you will find another ‘piece’ in our collection that you will enjoy more. Should you decide that you need to return an item, we will refund your purchase with original receipt. Cake Beauty will accept returned items in the original packaging within 15 days of purchase. All refunds are credited to the original pay method- no cash refunds. Of course, we cannot take returns on overly used products- you can’t have your cake and eat it too this time…

To expedite your return:

1. Email orders@cakebeauty.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. A return authorization number will be emailed to you.
3. Ship the item in its original condition and packaging along with your receipt.
4. Put your return authorization number on the outside of your package.
5. Send it to the appropriate address below.

If you are returning your Cake product from Canada please send your package to the following address. Canadian residents must send the package to this Canadian address in order to receive a refund.

While we pride ourselves on always having enough for everyone, on the odd occasion, some of our goodies just simply sell like hot cakes…(we can’t help that our products are so delectable and yummy that everyone wants a piece.)
