Efren Ramirez- star of Napolean Dynamite and upcoming "Mr & Mrs Smith " with Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt.. raved about sweet cheeks and was excited to use on his skin to get him buff for his upcoming role opposite Penelope Cruz
